Host/Employer

The Host/Employer may cancel and receive a full refund only within the first twenty four (24)hours of posting their private event.

After the posting has been posted for twenty four (24)hours the Host/Employer will be responsible for the full posting fee. Even if the Host/Employer decides to cancel their private event for any reason.

By any chance the Host/Employer decides to cancel their private event for any reason they would need to notify the Bartender(s) that was chosen twenty four (24)hours in advance . If the Host/Employer does not notify the Bartender(s) twenty four (24)hours in advance the Host/Employer shall be responsible for fifty percent of the Bartender(s) Fee.

Bartenders

 I understand that that there will be Non Tranferable of payment once they have been made to BBSD LLC. All Charges for access to the BBSD LLC platform are non-refundable. This Non Tranferable policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate usage of the BBSD Platform, any disruption to the BBSD Platform or Services, or any other reason whatsoever.
